Daniel Ugo-Omenukwa is a first-year student in the Sophie Davis Biomedical Education Program at the City College of New York/CUNY School of Medicine. He became attracted in medicine after learning about the recovery process of the his favorite NBA player Klay Thompson from ACL and Achilles injuries; he plans on specializing in physical medicine & rehabilitation to help those with similar injuries and other physical impairments regain functional ability and quality of life.

When he is not rushing to complete assignments that he procrastinated on, you can find Daniel shooting hoops in Marshak, watching Golden State Warriors games, or scouring eBay for vintage wholecut oxfords.
